Can a scheme apply only to one state or one tier?
Yes. Every scheme can be limited by SKU, product group, tier, region, distributor and date range.
What happens to free goods if part of an order is cancelled?
Free goods are recalculated on the remaining quantity, so the dealer never keeps a benefit they no longer qualify for.
