Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information we handle when manufacturers, their staff and their dealers use our dealer ordering portal, apps and website, and how that information is protected.

01Who this covers

The platform has three kinds of users: manufacturers who subscribe, their staff such as salespeople and finance teams, and the dealers, distributors and retailers they invite. It also covers visitors who fill in a form on this website.

02Manufacturer data belongs to the manufacturer

Catalogues, price lists, schemes, credit limits, dealer records and orders entered into a manufacturer’s portal belong to that manufacturer. We process this data on the manufacturer’s instructions to provide the service, and for no other purpose.

03Information we collect

  • Account details: name, work email, company, designation and role.
  • Dealer details provided by the manufacturer: business name, contact person, GSTIN, delivery addresses, tier and region.
  • Commercial data: products, prices, schemes, orders, invoices, outstanding dues and dispatch details synced from the manufacturer’s systems.
  • Usage data: log-ins, pages used, device type and app version, used to keep the service secure and working.
  • Website forms: the details you enter when you sign up or contact us.

04How AI uses order data

The AI Quote Builder uses a dealer’s own order history with that manufacturer to suggest products and quantities. Suggestions are optional and never change prices, schemes or credit limits.

Data from one manufacturer is never used to make suggestions for another manufacturer, and dealers are not shown other dealers’ data.

05Who can see what

  • Each dealer sees only their own prices, orders, schemes and dues.
  • Manufacturer staff see data according to the roles their administrator assigns.
  • Our support staff access a manufacturer’s data only to resolve a request from that manufacturer, and such access is logged.

06We do not sell data

We never sell, rent or share manufacturer or dealer data with other manufacturers, advertisers or data brokers. Your products are never listed on any marketplace.

07Service providers

We use carefully chosen providers for hosting, email and SMS delivery, WhatsApp messaging and payment processing. They process data only to provide those services to us, under written agreements that require confidentiality and security.

08Security

  • Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest.
  • Each manufacturer’s data is logically separated from every other manufacturer’s data.
  • Staff access uses role-based permissions, and administrator actions are logged.
  • Regular backups are kept so data can be restored if needed.

09Retention

Manufacturer data is kept for as long as the subscription is active. When a subscription ends, the manufacturer can export its data, after which it is deleted from active systems within 90 days and from backups on their normal cycle, unless law requires longer retention.

10Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Dealers should first contact the manufacturer that invited them, since that manufacturer controls their account. You can also reach us through the Contact us page.

11Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify subscribing manufacturers by email and in the admin console before the changes take effect.
