What counts as an active dealer?
A dealer or distributor who places an order, or has an order placed for them by a salesperson, in that calendar month. Dealers who do not order that month are not billed.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up and you get a trial portal for up to 10 dealers, free for 30 days, with Medium Carton features. Your login details arrive by email.
Are there setup fees?
Small and Medium Carton include catalogue and price list import. Full Truckload onboarding with ERP integration is quoted with the plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any billing month. Your dealers, orders and history stay as they are.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Customers billed in India are invoiced in rupees with GST.
